Experian IT workers subjected to an “on call, standby and call-back time policy” won conditional certification in federal court for their collective action seeking unpaid overtime wages.
Rickey Wesley, an IT employee with Experian Information Solutions Inc., won conditional certification June 25 for his Fair Labor Standards Act claims.
