Exotic Dancer to Get Mental Disability, Sexual Harassment Trial

A dancer at a Pittsburgh strip club who was fired after returning to work following her hospitalization for a psychotic break triggered by her alleged sexual assault by a former co-worker may have experienced workplace disability discrimination and sexual harassment, a federal judge ruled.

Rejeana Silla raised triable issues on her remaining claims against One Three Five Inc., which did business as Blush, and owner Albert Bortz, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania said Tuesday.
