Exotic Dancer Settles Disability Bias, Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

A Pittsburgh strip club and a dancer who said she was fired after returning to work following her hospitalization for a psychotic break settled her disability discrimination and sexual harassment lawsuit, Pennsylvania federal court records show.

The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania entered an order Friday dismissing and closing Rejeana Silla’s Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act case against One Three Five Inc. and owner Albert Bortz. That came after the parties notified the court Thursday that a settlement had been reached with the help of a mediator.
