Ex-US Bank Private Wealth VP Loses Age Bias Suit on Appeal

A former US Bank vice president of private wealth management who was fired for giving an employee credits for sales that he didn’t participate in failed to revive his age bias lawsuit against the bank Wednesday.

Darren Markley’s allegations of flaws in US Bank’s investigation were insufficient to establish that its findings were pretext for age discrimination, the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit said.
