Ex-Raytheon Workers Fail to Draw High Court Eye to Virus Policy

Raytheon Technologies Corp. workers who unsuccessfully challenged company policies requiring those with religious exemptions from its Covid-19 vaccine mandate to wear face masks and undergo weekly testing failed to convince the US Supreme Court to weigh in Monday.

The five former employees urged the justices to take a look at their religious discrimination, hostile work environment, and retaliation claims after the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit refused to revive the suit earlier this year.
