DeBlasio Must Be Deposed in White NYC Education Workers’ Suit

The New York City Department of Education failed to block testimony from former Mayor Bill de Blasio in a lawsuit by three upper-level White female employees who say they were demoted or “sidelined” in favor of less qualified workers of color in a diversity push, a Manhattan federal judge ruled.
