Ex-IBM Employees Lack Link for 13,000 Member Age Bias Class

Four former IBM employees failed to convince a New York federal court to notify nearly 13,000 other older workers who have lost their jobs with the technology giant since July 2017 of their right to join a proposed age discrimination collective action.
