Ex-Fox News Host Says New Law Puts Harassment Case Back in Court

Former Fox News Network LLC host Andrea Tantaros told a Manhattan federal judge that Congress’ newly minted law banning the mandatory arbitration of workplace sexual harassment and assault claims means her lawsuit against the network and some of its current and past executives belongs in court.
