Ex-Fox News Host Can Appeal Novel Arbitration Issue (Correction)

A former Fox News Network LLC co-host can immediately appeal a ruling requiring her to pursue her lawsuit—seeking to invalidate her arbitration agreement with the network under a New York law banning mandatory arbitration of sexual harassment claims—in federal court, a New York federal judge ruled.

Andrea Tantaros established the three elements needed for a federal court to grant interlocutory appeal, the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York said Monday.
