Ex-Disney Employees Abandon Case Over Foreign Worker Replacement

A group of U.S. information technology workers at Walt Disney World who were laid off and replaced by workers on H-1B visas no longer are pursuing litigation against their former employer.

The 2015 layoff at Walt Disney World was one of a handful of cases that brought national attention to the H-1B program and spurred President Donald Trump to call for changes to the program during his campaign.
