Two More Black NFL Coaches Join Flores Racial Bias Suit (2)

Two more Black National Football League coaches joined the racial bias suit filed against the league by former Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores.

The new complaint adds as plaintiffs former Arizona Cardinals head coach Steve Wilks and Ray Horton, a onetime defensive coordinator for the Tennessee Titans.

Wilks, who is now a defensive pass coordinator for the Carolina Panthers, claims the Cardinals didn’t give him a meaningful chance to succeed as head coach after hiring him in 2018. He claims he was illegally discriminated against when he was fired after one season.
