Ex-NFL player Teyo Johnson and his former employer, Everyrealm Inc., have agreed in principle to resolve his lawsuit alleging sexual harassment by CEO Janine Yorio, according to a filing with the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
The parties requested a 30-day stay to allow them “to reduce the agreement to writing,” according to the joint letter motion filed July 3.
