EEOC Serves Monson Fruit Sexual Harassment, Retaliation Suit

Fruit-growing and packing business Monson Fruit faces a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit in Selah, Wash., the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said Tuesday.

The company allegedly allowed a manager to sexually harass a female worker and failed to act when the incident was reported. The worker’s husband, who was also an employee, was allegedly fired because of her complaints. The worker was allegedly denied job modifications and was forced to leave her job when she became pregnant, said EEOC.
