Gregg Hymowitz, the billionaire founder of investment firm EnTrust Global, and his wife must face claims that they failed to pay their former chauffeur overtime pay.
Luis Cabanilla sufficiently alleged that he worked in excess of 40 hours per week and wasn’t compensated for that extra time, Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said in a Wednesday opinion.
