Vaccination requirements could be one way companies can attract in-demand workers, according to survey released today by the American Staffing Association.
The survey found 61% of the adults questioned said they would prefer to work for a company that required employees to be vaccinated against Covid-19.
The preference increased with age. While 68% of Baby Boomers—people born from 1946 through 1964—preferred companies with vaccination mandates, only 55% of Generation Z, workers born since 1997, shared the preference.
