Employers won’t have to turn over their employee pay data for fiscal year 2018 to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, at least not yet, according to the agency’s website.
The portal for submitting the EEO-1 report, an annual personnel information survey by the EEOC that employers with 100 or more workers must complete, opened March 18. Missing from the portal is a pay data request, which was reinstated as part of a federal judge’s March 4 ruling.
