The Employee Benefits Security Administration has extended the time employee benefit plan sponsors and advisers have to obtain new login credentials for the EFAST2 electronic plan disclosure filing system.
Plan sponsors and service providers use the EFAST2 system to fill out and file annual Form 5500 and Form PR disclosure documents, which the US Department of Labor requires for private-sector health and retirement plans.
EBSA has adopted the federal government’s single sign-on solution, Login.gov, which allows users to enter the same username and password to access a range of federal agency websites.
