Eleventh Circuit Open to Narrowing OSHA Job Violence Citation

The Eleventh Circuit appeared ready to uphold an OSHA workplace violence citation against a Florida mental health hospital, but with a reduced number of abatement measures.

The US Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited UHS of Delaware Inc. and Premier Behavioral Health Solutions of Florida Inc. for failing to protect Suncoast Behavioral Health Center employees from numerous assaults by patients.
