Electric Carmaker Ordered to Rehire Workers Axed for Organizing

An electric carmaker must rehire two employees that the National Labor Relations Board accused the company of illegally firing for union organizing at an Arizona facility, a federal judge ruled.

Under the district court’s temporary injunction, Lucid USA Inc. also must cease and desist from any labor law violations, physically post copies of the court’s order, and convene at least one meeting for workers to hear the order read aloud, the NLRB announced Friday.
