The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is following through with the second phase of its post-pandemic return-to-work plan while ignoring pleas from its bargaining unit workers, according to an unfair labor practice charge filed by the union representing agency employees.
The charge was filed Tuesday, the day the EEOC began implementing the second phase of its re-entry plan and requiring bargaining unit employees nationwide to return to the office two days a week. This is the fourth unfair labor practice charge the union has filed against the workplace civil rights agency regarding its return-to-office plan.
