EEOC to Vote to Replace Biden-Era Strategic Enforcement Plan

The EEOC will meet June 4 to vote on rescinding an enforcement plan created during the Biden administration, and replacing it with a new Trump-era playbook, according to a newly-posted notice.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Strategic Enforcement Plans direct the agency’s focus over multiple fiscal years as it seeks to enforce federal civil rights laws.
