The EEOC has filed a disability discrimination lawsuit against A&A Appliance Inc in Colorado alleging it illegally denied accommodations to an employee with long Covid-19, the agency said Friday.
Appliance Factory allegedly violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by refusing to provide an additional one to two weeks of leave to a sales associate who had ongoing symptoms related to a Covid-19 infection, according to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
