EEOC Sues Chili’s Grill and Bar for Alleged Sexual Harassment

Two Chili’s Grill and Bar locations, one in Benton, Ark., and the other in Prosper, Texas, allegedly have subjected female teen workers to sexual harassment, the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said Monday.

Both locations allegedly failed to take proper action when the teens complained about sexual assaults and didn’t conduct on-site investigations, actions that would violate Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, said the agency.

The lawsuit seeks both monetary and injunctive relief, the agency said.
