EEOC Settles Suit Against Night Club Over Sex, Race Bias Claims

An Chicago exotic dance club will pay $200,000 and provide other relief to settle a lawsuit filed by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for sex and race discrimination and retaliation against female entertainers.

The EEOC alleged that Admiral Theatre Inc. subjected female entertainers to hostile and dangerous working conditions, including sexual harassment, physical attacks, and assaults from customers based on sex and race.
