EEOC Renews Push for Schools Data in Native American Bias Probe

The EEOC filed its second subpoena enforcement action as part of its investigation of discrimination against Native Americans at a New Mexico school district.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced Thursdayit filed the lawsuit in US District Court for New Mexico after Gallup-McKinley County Schools failed to produce requested information about applicants and current employees. The second enforcement action was filed Monday.
