The EEOC has released additional resources for employers on the use of artificial intelligence during the hiring process, the agency announced Thursday.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission document discusses how how employers might prevent discrimination against jobseekers and employees when AI is part of automated systems used to help companies with a wide range of employment matters.
