EEOC Reaches Deal With Union on Phased Return-to-Office Plan (1)

The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has reached an agreement with its union over the agency’s back-to-office strategy after a tumultuous negotiation period, according to documents provided to Bloomberg Law.

Most employees across the US will work in-person two days a week until the end of the year, according to a memorandum of understanding dated Nov. 18 and signed by negotiators for both the agency and the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), which represents the EEOC workers.
