EEOC Probed by 8th Cir. on Red States’ Suit Over Abortion Stance

Federal appeals court judges focused their line of questions in hearing a challenge to an EEOC rule Tuesday on the agency’s argument that a coalition of states did not adequately show they were harmed by the regulation, which requires employers provide accommodations for abortion-related care.
