JPMorgan Chase Bank has agreed to pay a class of female mortgage bankers who formerly worked at the company’s Columbus, Ohio, facility $1.45 million to resolve the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s allegations of sex discrimination, including a sexually hostile work environment, the EEOC announced Feb. 3 (EEOC v. JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A.).
