EEOC Inks $15 Million Covid Vaccine Bias Settlement With Company

The EEOC secured a $15 million settlement for workers of a global technology company to resolve charges of religious and disability bias over Covid-19 vaccine exemption request denials, the agency said.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said it found reasonable cause to believe the company, which it did not name, discriminated against a class of employees by denying their requests and terminating those who declined vaccines.
