EEOC Gathering Guidance to Comply with White House Order

Equal Employment Opportunity Commission documents that provide guidance on how the agency enforces workplace anti-discrimination laws will soon be publicly available through a searchable database.

Federal agencies must maintain a “single, searchable, indexed database” of all current guidance documents, under an executive order signed by President Donald Trump. The EEOC’s portal will be publicly available on or after Feb. 28, the agency said in a Federal Register notice.
