EEOC Files Suit Against Eden Foods for Sexual Harassment

Eden Foods, Inc., headquartered in Clinton, Mich., violated federal law by subjecting female employees to repeated sexual harassment, the EEOC alleged in a lawsuit.

Eden’s owner and president allegedly touched multiple female employees inappropriately, among other harassment, according to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

The agency said it is seeking compensation for the female employees and an injunction to prohibit similar conduct in the future.
