The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission isn’t entitled to damages despite proving
The job rights agency failed to show the workers at the company’s Greeley, Colo., meatpacking plant experienced an adverse employment action as a result of being denied prayer breaks during Ramadan in 2009 and 2010, the court said Sept. 30. It denied the EEOC’s motion for reconsideration of findings made in the case in September 2018 following a 16-day trial.
