The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and a Colorado auto dealer have reached a $1.5 million settlement of an EEOC suit claiming that the company subjected female employees to sex discrimination and sexual harassment and fired older male employees because of their age, EEOC announced Jan. 7 (EEOC v.
