EEOC Again Asks Federal Judge to End Pay Data Collection (1)

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the White House’s Office of Management Budget again asked a federal judge to give the OK to end the EEOC’s first pay data collection, saying it should be sufficient that more than 85% of all eligible companies have submitted the required information.

The agencies asked the judge clarify at what point the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia would consider closing the collection of pay data, known as Component 2 data.
