Edward D. Jones & Co. knowingly and intentionally discriminated against female home office financial advisors by paying them less than their male counterparts for the same work, a new federal court lawsuit says.

Blair Zigler resigned from Edward Jones in February 2021 because she was continuously paid less, given fewer opportunities, and given less support than her male financial advisor colleagues, the complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois says.
