DynCorp Fired Worker for Opposing Harassment, Lawsuit Says

A DynCorp International LLC supervisor at a training center in Afghanistan fired a male employee because he opposed the supervisor’s sexual harassment of a female colleague, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court in the District of Columbia (Dumitrescu v. DynCorp Int’l, LLC, D.D.C., No. 1:16-cv-01680, complaint filed 8/17/16).

Cosmin Dumitrescu claims Sean Nguyen abruptly fired him in July 2015 because he repeatedly told Nguyen he objected to the supervisor’s persistent pursuit of a romantic relationship with a female co-worker.
