Dun & Bradstreet Emerging Businesses Corp. faces a lawsuit by a former sales representative who says his overtime pay was miscalculated because commissions and bonuses weren’t properly factored in.
Michael Matise, who sold software for Dun & Bradstreet, says there are more than 100 sales representatives in the U.S. He filed the complaint as a collective action, which is a procedure for litigating a multiple-plaintiff FLSA case that’s similar to a class action. Matise asked the court to certify a collective class of all current and former sales representatives in the U.S.
