Dreamers Win Again as Judge Orders DACA to Keep Going

Nearly 700,000 undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. illegally as children, known as Dreamers, can breathe easier after a federal judge rejected a bid by Texas and the Trump Administration to shut down the program that allows them to legally live, work and study in America.

U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen, of Brownsville, Texas, refused to block DACA after determining Texas waited too long to attack a program that’s been in place for six years.
