A Dominican Gramercy Park doorman who said he was fired because of his race can proceed with his discrimination claims against the apartment building’s property managers.
Oliver Bautista provided sufficient evidence for his discrimination claims to proceed, but the US District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed his hostile work environment claims, holding the allegations weren’t severe enough, on Tuesday.
