San Francisco officials said 4,500 workers for the app-based food delivery company will benefit from the settlement, which they described as the largest in the history of the city’s Office of Labor Standards and Enforcement.
The vast majority of the settlement money will go to workers who made deliveries in San Francisco between 2016 and 2020, and $187,046 will be used to cover the city’s enforcement costs.
