Doner Partners Settles Creative Director’s Pay, Age Bias Lawsuit

Doner Partners LLC settled a lawsuit by its former creative director alleging she was paid less than her male counterparts because of sex and terminated at age 59 in a bogus workforce reduction, Detroit federal court records show.

The US District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan in a Monday docket entry canceled a settlement conference scheduled for Oct. 11. Susan Walsh and Doner “notified the Court that they have reached a settlement,” the entry said.

Terms of the settlement weren’t included in the court record and counsel for the parties didn’t immediately respond Tuesday to Bloomberg Law’s requests ...
