A Domino’s franchisee can finalize its deal to end its pizza delivery drivers’ mileage reimbursement collective action without going through a lengthy court approval process, a federal judge said.

Team Pizza Inc. and its workers sought US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio approval for a $590,000 settlement after an appeals court vacated the company’s reimbursement rate victory and added confusion to the car cost calculation process.
