Domino’s Delivery Driver Settles Sexual Harassment Lawsuit (1)

A Domino’s Pizza delivery driver’s suit alleging a New Jersey franchise owner ignored her complaints of sexual harassment was administratively closed after the parties settled the case.

Judge Claire C. Cecchi of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey issued the order Wednesday, one week after the parties appeared for a settlement conference before a US magistrate judge. The parties “have reached an agreement in principle and are still preparing the settlement agreement for client review and approval,” plaintiff’s counsel, Zachary Holzberg with Derek Smith Law Group PLLC, said.
