DOL Schedules Construction Contractors for Discrimination Audits

Bechtel National Inc., Gilbane Inc., and Honeywell International Inc., are among about 400 construction contractors selected by the U.S. Labor Department for compliance audits.

The Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs announced the list of federal contractors and subcontractors Wednesday, the second slate of companies it’s cued up for audits during the Biden administration. The agency in July announced plans to audit contractors including Delta Air Lines Inc., Boeing Co., and Microsoft Corp.
