The Trump administration released a temporary final rule authorizing 35,000 supplemental work visas for seasonal jobs primarily in landscaping, hospitality, and seafood processing.
The supplemental visas will be made available in three allocations based on the start date of the positions. The rule makes 18,490 visas immediately available for returning workers with H-2B status in the previous three fiscal years who will fill positions through March 31.
