The Labor Department’s Employee Benefits Security Administration March 23 posted to its website three frequently asked questions with updated answers on electronic filing of annual benefit plan reports related to delinquent or amended return/reports, e-mail messages, and time zone requirements for meeting the filing deadline.
The EFAST2 system is a web-based system created by the department that will receive, validate, and display the Form 5500 on the internet.
