The Labor Department finalized a rule that cements some existing procedures the agency takes when resolving allegations of workplace discrimination against federal contractors.
The rule, as posted Thursday on the agency’s website, codifies how and when the DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs will issue two formal notices to federal contractors after it uncovers alleged bias in hiring, pay, or other employment actions during audits.
