A Philadelphia home health care agency has agreed to pay $2.1 million to workers after a U.S. Labor Department investigation found the employer failed to provide overtime wages.
Good Family Support Services paid workers straight-time rates rather than the time-and-a-half they were owed for hours beyond 40 in a workweek, the department said Thursday.
