DOJ May Proceed with Challenge To EBay/Intuit No-Hire Agreement

EBay Inc. must defend Justice Department allegations that it entered into an unlawful no-solicitation agreement with Intuit Inc. under which each agreed not to poach the other’s employees, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California ruled Sept. 27 (United States v. EBay, Inc., N.D. Cal., 5:12-cv-05869-EJD, 9/27/13).
